How often should air conditioning be serviced?
In commercial spaces, filters are typically cleaned monthly or every two months, with full preventive maintenance quarterly or every six months. 24/7 equipment, coastal or critical environments (clinics, data rooms) need shorter intervals.
What does preventive maintenance include?
Cleaning filters, coils and drain pans; electrical and controls checks; pressure, temperature and power readings; drain and adjustment checks; and a per-unit report with findings and recommendations.
What happens if maintenance is skipped?
